Effectively Managing Change and Transition

The old adage that “the only constant in life is change” is true. Organizations today are constantly changing in order to keep operating. In theory, managing change is easy. In practice it is very difficult. During this ½ day interactive workshop, participants leave with a greater understanding on the people-side of change, what the differences are between change and transition, and how people typically react to and cope with change.
