Coaching for Performance

One of the biggest challenge leaders face is in knowing how to hold employees
accountable for performance. During this full day interactive workshop, participants leave with a solid understanding of how to establish clear performance expectations for their staff and more importantly, how to facilitate a discussion with their staff about those expectations. Other topics covered include: how to prepare and facilitate conversations with staff when expectations are not being met; progressive discipline, what it is and how to prepare for and facilitate a discipline discussion; and, strategies for dealing with difficult and challenging employee situations/conversations.
