A critical leadership skill is an understanding of how to create an effective succession plan. Most leaders and organizations recognize the need for succession plans but very few actually create and incorporate one into their business. This practical and engaging ½ day session focuses on sharing of best practices and giving participants the tools necessary to design and implement a succession plan within their organization.
